Responsibilities:

• Take full responsibility for achieving the quarterly growth and profit targets of the Unit
• Manage a diverse and international team, and spearhead the marketing strategies of the Unit
• Manage the daily operations and strive for the highest efficiency
• Implement strategies to grow the business and achieve bottom-line targets of the Unit

Requirements:

• Degree in any Marketing-related disciplines is essential
• Minimum 3 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in marketing and operations management
• Ability to adopt a hands-on approach is a must
• Meticulous, with the quest for excellence in quality and work output
• Strong team leadership and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
